This is a Marshmallow Sean McBride (marshmallows) Artist's statement: " Hearkening back to Magritte's aesthetically sobering "Ceci n'est pas une pipe" (This is not a pipe), this piece takes the visual game a step farther by creating a picture of a marshmallow that actually is a marshmallow, since it is created with marshmallows. Of course, this photographic reproduction is not an actual marshmallow, but should you find yourself in the Louvre, you would have the opportunity to bask in its authentic marshmallow glory."
